〜初めてのお菓子集めの旅に出かけよう！〜
親子で参加できるハロウィンウォークです。ハロウィンの仮装をした子どもたちが「Trick or Treat!」の合言葉をマスターして、会場近隣の協力店舗にお菓子集めの旅に出かけます。
日程：2016年10月2日（日） 14:00 - 15:30
場所: eigomura.jp★ベネッセこども英語 西18丁目教室（地図）
札幌市中央区大通西15丁目3-5 ニューライフ大通弐番館3階地下鉄東西線 西18丁目駅 5番出口より徒歩2分市電「西15丁目」駅より徒歩3分
対象：年少〜小学3年生前後までのお子様と保護者の方
託児サービス：なし
定員：お子様15名
《イベント内容》
合言葉を覚えよう
ハロウィンって何のお祭り？ どうすればお菓子をもらえるの？ といった基礎知識を、外国人講師から簡単な英語で教えてもらいます。「Trick or Treat!」もしっかり練習するよ。
Trick or Treating
各自用意してきた仮装をして、教室の近所のお店に突撃！ 元気よく「Trick or Treat」って言えるかな？ 少人数のグループに分かれて講師が引率します。保護者の方は写真撮影のチャンスです
Fun Time
教室に戻って、集めたお菓子をいただきます。教室には英語で楽しむゲームや絵本を用意してありますので、新しくできたお友達や講師と一緒に楽しんで下さい。
《仮装ガイドライン》
※お子様が主役のイベントです。下記の要素を含む仮装はイベントの主旨に合わないためご遠慮ください。
・銃器、火器、鈍器、剣刀類、弓矢などの武器を含む仮装・過度にグロテスク/卑猥な要素を含む仮装
また上記に該当しなくても、お子様向けのイベントとして不適切な内容や行動であるとスタッフが判断した場合、その場で参加をお断りすることがあります。予めご了承ください。
《チケット種別について》
(A)...eigomura.jp★の受講生（お子様）向け先行チケット（8月19日まで提供）
(B)...一般のお子様向けチケット（8月20日から提供）
(C)...保護者向けチケット（受講生/一般共通）
※チケットはスマホ用のデジタルチケットになります。イベント当日はスマホでチケットをご提示ください
《お申し込みについて》
・お子様分（AまたはB）と保護者様分（C）をまとめてお申し込み下さい。
・受講生の保護者の方は、(A)チケットをお知り合いの方の分もまとめてお申し込みいただけます。
・お子様の受講が確認できない場合、(A)チケットのお申し込みを取り消させていただきます。
《チケット受付方法》
・スマートフォンの画面にチケットを表示し、受付にてご提示ください。チケットをお持ちでない場合はご参加いただけません。
・購入されたチケットはマイページよりご確認いただけます。
※ヤフーIDをお持ちで購入された方※ヤフーIDではなくメールアドレスで購入された方購入時のメールに書かれているチケットのURLを押してご確認ください。購入時のブラウザーで販売ページの上に表示されているリンクをクリックしてもご確認いただけます。

《天候不良時のイベント中止について》
イベント当日が天候不良で、仮装ウォーキングの実施が困難であると運営側が判断した場合、イベントを中止します。運営側判断による中止の場合、有償でご購入いただいたチケット代金については、後日返金の手続きを取らせていただきます。
中止の場合は開催日の午前10:00までに、本校Webサイト（http://eigomura.jp）のトップページに中止のお知らせを掲載させていただきます。また、チケット購入時にご連絡いただいたメールアドレス宛にもイベント中止のご連絡をさせていただきます。なお、メールでのご連絡は必ずしも確実に受信いただけるとは限りませんので、確実な情報についてはWebサイトのお知らせをご確認いただくようお願いします。
《注意事項》
※お子様はハロウィンの仮装でご参加下さい。大人の方の仮装は任意です。仮装の際は上記ガイドラインをお守りください。
※参加は親子同伴となります。大人またはお子様のみの参加はできません。
※教室の着替えスペースは限られています。できるだけご自宅から仮装して来られるか、服の上に羽織って仮装できる衣装でご参加下さい。
※イベントで配布するお菓子や食材は、食物アレルギーを起こしにくいものを選んでいますが、お子様がどれを食べるか／食べないかについては保護者の方に判断していただくようお願いします。
※教室には駐車場がございません。申し訳ありませんが、駐車される場合は近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。送迎時のみの教室建物付近での車両の一時停車は可能です。
※イベント中、保護者の方はお子様の様子を自由に撮影いただけます。スタッフが撮影した画像も、後日皆様に無料でダウンロード提供いたします。スタッフが撮影したものは、弊社WebサイトやSNS、広告などに掲載させていただく場合があります。
※テレビ/雑誌/新聞などのマスコミ取材が入る場合があります。放送/掲載用の映像や写真に映り込む場合が考えられますので、予めご了承下さい。
※ご記入いただいた個人情報は、ご本人の同意がない限り第三者には提供しません。
※イベント内容は断りなく変更する場合があります。
※運営側都合によるイベントの中止を除き、お申し込み後の払い戻しには対応致しかねます。予めご了承ください。

Come and join us at “Halloween Walking for Kids & Parents!”. Meet up with families from Japan and different countries in a fun and friendly atmosphere, and enjoy the opportunity to have cultural exchanges. You can dress up in your best Halloween costume ever!

Let’s learn about the Halloween
Are you a Halloween beginner? No problem. We’ll learn how to proceed “Trick or Treating” effectively. What is Halloween? How to get candy? We’ll learn basic knowledge about Halloween in easy English.
Go out for Trick or Treating
Set your Halloween costume on, and go out to get favorite treats! Can you cheerfully say “Trick or Treat!”? It’ll be a good chance to take pictures/movies for their parents
Fun Time
Let’s enjoy eating collected treats! We prepare English related games, and many English picture books. You can spend cozy time with your new friends and our teachers.

*Adults take second place to children in this event. Costumes such have inappropriate elements like listed below are strictly prohibited.
Include any kind of weapons. (Guns, firearms, blunt instruments, swords, arrows, etc.)Include excessively grotesque or obscene elements.
Our staff holds the authority to refuse your participation in the event when he/she judge your costume or behavior is not appropriate to the event by any reason.

<< Event cancellation >>
We may cancel the event due to seriously bad weather. In this case we will refund your ticket payment later.
We’ll post a cancellation notice on our website (http://eigomura.jp) before 10:00 a.m. on that very day. We’ll also inform you about the cancellation of the event by email. But please confirm certain information through our website since email is not reliable in some case.

* Children must dress up in Halloween costume.
* Children must be accompanied by parent(s). We don’t accept a child or adult participant only.
* The venue has limited dressing space. Dressing up at your home, or selecting the costume just overlap on your daily clothes is recommended.
* We take care to select snacks and ingredients for the event to prevent food allergies, but it is difficult to consider all individual situations of participants. Parents must have responsibilities to decide which snacks are good to eat or not for their children.
* The venue doesn’t have parking space. Please consider to park your car at coin parking nearby, or to use public transportation services.
* You can take photos and videos during the event freely. Our staff may also take photos and videos, and we may place them on our website, SNS, advertisement, and so on later.
* We may take interviews about this event by TV programs, newspapers, or magazines. Please understand there is a possibility to be shown your appearance on these media.
* We don’t disclose your personal information to the third party without your permission.
* Menu and activities may change without prior notice.
* We can’t refund purchased tickets for any reason except when we decide the cancellation of the whole event.
