日本でのイベント名は

『HOOD TO FUJI』

アメリカと日本のアイディアが組み合わされ、厳選されたオレゴン州の素材、食材を使ったレシピで日本の醸造所が今回は仕込みを担当。

今回は17の日本のビール/サイダーメーカー&ポートランドのビール/サイダーメーカーがコラボレーションし、そのお披露目をするイベントです。

イベントにはオレゴン州からも17の醸造所のオーナーやブルワーが来場します。

Event Information

Ticket Types:

Regular ticket (JPY 4,500):  Eight 150 ml pours of collaboration beer + one food item valued at JPY 400

All-You-Can-Drink Ticket (JPY 9,000):  All you can drink collaboration beer + all you can drink imported beer + one food item valued at JPY 400

VIP All-You-Can-Drink Ticket (JPY 12,000): All you can drink collaboration beer + all you can drink imported beer + one food item valued at JPY 400 + T-shirt + entry 30 minutes prior to general entry! Note: only for the June 8th (Sat) 3~6PM and June 9th (Sun) 3 ~ 6PM sessions.

What's a collaboration beer?  

A collaboration beer is a beer made especially for the Hood to Fuji festival.

What's an imported beer?

A beer made by either Fort George Brewery or Great Notion Brewing imported into Japan (i.e., the brewery's own beer offered in the U.S., not a collab beer)

※ Ticket purchase is required for admission.

※ A set amount of each collaboration and imported beer will be offered during each session.  Due to popularity/demand, please note that some beers may sell out during any given session.

※ Additional beer and food tickets can purchased on site. 

※ Please note that no refunds will be made for purchase cancellations.

※ Although the event site is Spring Valley Brewery Tokyo, please refrain from making inquiries, etc. to Spring Valley Brewery Tokyo.

Please note that tickets are sold for a specific session.  If you would like to attend more than one session, please buy separate tickets for any additional sessions.

About the Event

Hood to Fuji, a celebration of Oregon-Japan collaboration beer, will be held for 2 days, on June 8 (Sat) and June 9 (Sun).  This event is a follow-up to the hugely popular "Fuji to Hood" (www.fujitohood.com) Japan-Oregon collaboration beer festival held in Portland, Oregon in 2018.  

For Hood to Fuji, teams of Oregon & Japanese breweries came up with beer recipes that use Oregon ingredients, with the beer brewed at Japanese breweries.  At the event, unique beers from 17 teams of Oregon and Japanese brewers/cider makers will be will be unveiled.  And, brewers/cider makers from all 17 Oregon breweries/cideries will be in attendance to meet with festival-goers.
