第5回トーキョー会議 in東京

トーキョー会議とは、在日国際人材向けの市民活動フォーラム（公開討論会）であり、以下の目的で開催しております

i. 日本社会の多様な集団・コミュニティー間での「内なるグローバル化」に関する議論を促進すること
ii. 日本の市民社会において在日外国人の声を発信すること

今回のテーマは、「未来の共創」
4部構成となる本イベントを通じて、参加者の皆様に以下の議題について考察し、議論して頂きたいです。皆様のアウトプットを白書にまとめて公表する予定です。

i. 在日外国人労働者のローカル・コミュニティーへのインテグレーションをどのように促進すればよいか
ii. 日本の組織はどのようにすればグローバル人材が確保・保持できるか

①基調講演：

②パネルディスカッション：
- 河田博孝氏
（アクセンチュア株式会社通信・メディア・ハイテック本部マネージングディレクター兼インクルージョン&ダイバーシティ クロースカルチャーダイバーシティ日本統括）
- Le Viet Gia Khanh 氏
（Vietnamese Professionals in Japan共同創立者）
- 明石純一氏
（筑波大学大学院人文社会科学研究科准教授）

③グループディスカッション：
ご希望の議題と使用言語で5-6人の参加者からなるグループを組んで、一時間で解決策をまとめて頂きます。

④懇親会：
参加者・運営メンバー全員で懇親会を実施。

今回は5回目の開催となります
トーキョー会議は、元々外国人留学生向けのカンファレンスイベントとして2014年12月に発足しました。
毎年参加者数は100名を超え、その大多数が社会人です。

TOKYO KAIGI is an annual bilingual civil society forum for the internationally-minded community living in Japan. It is held with the following two aims:

i To inspire dialogue among various groups in Japanese society about the opportunities and challenges presented by internal globalization 
ii To represent in civil society the voice of the international community living in Japan

The theme of this year's event is 'Building a common future'.
Through 4 event segments, we hope to inspire forum participants to explore and discuss the following two topics. We will also publish a white paper based on your output. 

i. How can we encourage the integration of immigrants in local communities in Japan?
ii. How can organizations in Japan attract and retain global talent?

① Keynote speech:

③ Group discussion
Participants will form groups of 5-6 people based on their preferred language and topic. You will have to identify a problem within the selected topic and propose a solution.

④ Networking party
You'll get to meet people who have the same interest in globalization. 

TOKYO KAIGI first began in 2014
In the past four years, it has grown from an international-student-centric speech event to a civil society forum that engages both Japanese and foreigners, working professionals and students in thinking and discussing about issues related to globalization. We have had over 120 participants each year, the majority of whom are working professionals.
