KURAND SET (Sake Exchange Tokyo ) is like an international exchange
party with sake. The events are aimed at bringing people from all over
the world together through sake.

KURAND SET (Sake Exchange Tokyo)
とは、日本酒を通じて色々な国籍の人と人とがつながる国際交流イベントです。酒蔵で営業をしていた経験のある外国人による日本酒ワークショップを行いま
す。外国人の日本酒のプロが毎回異なるテーマで日本酒の魅力についてレクチャーします。もちろん日本酒初心者の方のご参加も大歓迎！！

This is the PRO version of SET VOL 11. This format puts the emphasis
on the learning aspect. In other words it is a slightly more formal,
serious affair than the PARTY format. If you want to learn about sake
and take part in a professional sake lesson, then this is the event for
you.

SET11のPRO版です。PARTY版より真面目なスタイルで日本酒の勉強を中心にしたPRO向けレッスン形式です。日本酒をもっと気軽に飲み比べしながら交流を楽しみたい方はPARTY版がお勧めです。

【Theme】今回のテーマ 　旨味　UMAMI

Umami is the new buzz word taking the global culinary scene by storm.
It’s the magical word on the lips of top chefs everywhere. If you
haven’t yet come across this word, don’t worry, you’re not alone. To the
Japanese, Umami is the essence of food appreciation itself. In this
edition we will take a look at this, one of the many charms of sake in
more detail while pairing various sakes with different foods.

Vacate the premises by 15:45 １５時４５分までに完全撤収

Food and soft drinks ARE allowed in the venue (no smelly food
or food which takes up lots of space). 臭味のある食べ物やほかのお酒の持ち込みは厳禁に禁止しております。

Getting blind drunk is not allowed. 飲み過ぎは禁止

(Please take responsibility and pace yourself while drinking plenty
of water. The guideline is 2 times more than water. )水を１．５倍飲むことです。

Anyone who is deemed to be beyond their limits will be ejected and
banned from future meetups. Guests are strictly the responsibility of
the member who brought them. We take no responsibility for accidents
caused by over drinking.
