Joshua Breakstone（ジョシュア・ブレイクストーン）/ guitar

1955年ニュージャージー州生まれ。30年もの間アメリカ国内のほか、カナダ、ヨーロッパなど世界をツアーで巡り、そのオーソドックスなバップスタイルのギターで世界に多くのファンを抱える。日本にも年2回のペースで来日していたが、2018年6月より京都在住。これまでに制作したアルバムは22枚。Kenny Barron, Barry Harris, Tommy Flanagan, Pepper Adamsなどとの共演歴を誇る。また教則本「Jazz Etude Improvisation」はアメリカ・ヨーロッパの教育機関で広く使われている。

Phillip Strange（フィリップ・ストレンジ）/ piano

1960年テキサス州生まれ。グレンミラーオーケストラのツアーで1988年に初来日。翌年より10年間甲陽音楽学院で教鞭をとる。1999年よりマイアミ大学に招かれ、2003年には博士号を取得。2006年まで同校講師を務める。2014年には京都大学教授・岡田昭雄氏とともにベストセラー『すごいジャズには理由がある音楽学者とジャズピアニストの対話』を出版。Joe Henderson, Lew Tabakin, Dave Holland, Peter Erskine, Marc Johnson, James Moodyらとの共演歴を誇る。
