ランニングイベント第３弾！コロナ渦の中でリアルな大会ならではの興奮をみんなと一緒に！今回は２１K、１０K、５K、2.5K(中学生以下）、リレー２１Ｋのトライアルです。

私は、大会要項・注意事項・会場での運営スタッフの指示に同意の上、自己責任において本大会に申し込みます。
私は、自己の責任において健康状態を確認の上、本大会に参加します。また、コロナ感染症対策を守り、参加ができない場合があることを承諾します。
私は、随時、大会ウェブサイトを確認しイベントに関する連絡事項など最新情報を自己の責任で入手します。
大会中、主催者は、疾病及びその他の事故に際し、応急処置と主催者が加入している保険の範囲で対応を行いますが、それ以外は一切の責任を負わないことを了承の上、自己責任において参加します。また応急処置を受けることに同意し、処置の方法や経過および結果に対しても一切異議を申し立てません。
自己都合による申込後のキャンセル、返金対応は一切できないことを了承します。
荒天・地震・風水害・事件・事故・疫病等による大会中止、盗難・紛失、参加者本人による傷病に関し、主催者の責任を免除し、損害賠償等の請求を行わないことを承諾します。
レース中緊急車両等通行のためにランナーを停止させ車両通行を優先することを了承します。
参加者は自身および参加者の同伴・応援者の大会開催中の映像・写真・記事・記録・申込者の氏名、年齢等がテレビなどのマスメディア及びインターネットにおいて使用されることを承認し、肖像権は主催者に一任します。また大会主催者が大会開催中の写真・映像等を利用することを承認します。

Race Detail

This is a time trial marathon event sponsored by the Royal Hotel Zanpamisaki. The following special offers are available for participates and their companions:

-Special accommodation plan.
-Special price for bathhouse and lunch buffet.
-Two lunch tickets as a prize.
-Hotel parking area will be open for food trucks and eating area after the race.

This is a time trial event. We will post result, but no awards for the top runners.

【Agreement】

All participates must agree the followings.

I agree to follow the event guidelines, precautions, and instructions.
I will participate in this event at my own risk, after checking my health condition. I also agree to observe the measures against COVID-19 infections.
I will check the event website from time to time to obtain the latest information on the event.
I understand that the organizer will provide first aid for illness and other accidents during the event, but that the organizer will not be responsible for any other damages. In addition, I agree to receive first aid treatment, and will not object to the method, progress, or results of the treatment.
No refunds or cancellations will be made after registration for personal reasons.
I agree that the organizer will not be held responsible for the cancellation of the race due to bad weather, earthquakes, floods, incidents, accidents, epidemics, theft, loss, or injury or illness caused by the participants themselves.
I understand that during the race, runners will be stopped to allow emergency vehicles to pass and that priority will be given to vehicular traffic.
I agree that any video, photograph, article, record, name, age, etc. of participants or his/her companion during the race may be used in mass media such as on the Internet, and that the right of publicity shall be left to the organizer. I also authorize the organizer to use the photos and videos taken during the event.
