Glenn Vilppu has been a drawing teacher for over 50 years. He is considered one of the world's leading art instructors in draftsmanship.

ワークショップの内容／Learn

  • ジェスチャーをベースにした人物ドローイング
  • リズムや動きを表現した人物の描き方
  • 人体を簡略化してとらえるための 2D/3Dのコンセプト、球と直方体の組み合わせ
  • 収縮と伸長で人体に働く力を示す方法
  • 人体を比率に従って描く方法

  • Essentials of figure drawing by using gesture
  • How to draw figures that have rhythm and movement from the model and imagination
  • How to construct the figure from Glenn Vilppu's multiple approaches: 2D / 3D concepts, combining spherical and box forms
  • How to show forces acting on the body through compression and expansion of forms.
  • How to measure the body for accurate reproduction of the figure

Day 1 （9/15 Sun）：女性モデル／ Female Form

  1. 講義とデモ
  2. ジェスチャーとリズムの観点で分析する
  3. 球と直方体を利用して分析する
  4. 2Dと3Dのコンセプト
  5. フォームの収縮と伸長
  6. 女性の基本的な身体構造について

  1. Lecture and demonstration.
  2. Glenn will break down drawing the female figure using gesture and rhythm
  3. Spherical and Box Forms
  4. 2D and 3D concepts
  5. Compression and Expansion of Forms
  6. Basic anatomical parts of the female form


Day 2 （9/16 Mon）：男性モデル／ Male Form

  1. 男性の基本的な身体構造について
  2. アナトミーのランドマーク
  3. アナトミーとジェスチャーを組み合わせる方法
  4. 人体を比率に従って描く方法

  1. Major anatomical groups on the male form
  2. Anatomical anchor points
  3. How to combine anatomy with the gesture.
  4. How to measure the figure properly for proportion and scale







両日とも、全員でモデルを描き、描いたドローイングに
対してグレンから直接フィードバック（添削）を
いたします。

There will be class assignments and man to man critiques throughout

グレン・ビルプ先生の教育歴は、50年以上にのぼり、ドローイングにおいては、世界でもトップクラスの教育者とされています。ディズニー、ドリームワークスをはじめ、大手アニメーションスタジオや学校で講義を行い、数多くのアーティストを育てています。


Glenn Vilppu has been a drawing teacher for over 50 years. He is considered one of the world's leading art instructors in draftsmanship. He has taught at Disney , Dreamworks and other leading animation studios and is still sought by many today.
