November marks an important turning point in the tea ceremony, as it is the month when "Ro-biraki" begins. Ro-biraki is the ceremony where the hearth, which has been closed from May to October, is opened, and fire is lit inside, signaling the true arrival of winter. In the world of tea, this event is not only about enjoying the freshly harvested tea of the year, but also about expressing gratitude for having safely made it through another year. It is regarded as a celebratory occasion, much like the New Year. On this day, there is a sense of bright festivity with the arrival of a new season, yet also a feeling of renewed focus, like the crisp, cold air of winter.

We have designed this event specifically for those who have no prior experience with tea ceremony. We eagerly await your presence.

· This course is designed for individuals aged 20 and up who are physically fit to sit on a tatami mat.

· Participation fee: 15,000 yen per person

· Menu: Shoka-do Bento + a small amount of Japanese sake + Charcoal performance + Thick Tea + Thin Tea + Seasonal main sweet + Dried sweets

· What to bring: White socks

· Dress code: Western-style clothing is acceptable (mini-skirts and low-cut shirts are not allowed)
