ミシュランガイド掲載の「ブランカ」。宮津市出身であり、新鮮な食材と豊富なスパイスを使い表現する同店料理人の吉岡哲生が「目にも口にも“美味しい”食事はどのように作られるか」を小学生たちと考える料理ワークショップを開催。　　　

丹後の食材を使ってお弁当を作る料理教室を開催し、子どもたちにが身体にとっても美味しい食事を作る楽しさ、食べる喜びを体験する機会を提供し、地域にさらなる誇りを持つきっかけとなることを目指します。　　　

午前9時集合、午後2時解散予定。　　　

対象：小学3年生から6年生（保護者観覧可能）　　　

定員：18人

Tetsuo Yoshioka, born in Miyazu and chef at Brangkat, a Michelin Guide-listed restaurant that uses fresh ingredients with rich expressive power, will hold a cooking workshop with elementary school students to learn how to make meals that are delicious to the eyes as well as the palate. 　　　

By holding a cooking class to make lunch boxes using Tango ingredients, followed by an experience of selling the lunch boxes, the event aims to provide children with an opportunity to experience the joy of preparing and eating physically delicious meals and to further develop pride in their hometown. 　　　

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. 　　　

Target: 3rd to 6th graders of elementary school (can be viewed by a parent) Capacity: 18 people
