舞台はイーゲン市。手話や音声が飛び交い、さまざまな人々が暮らす、笑顔と活気に満ちた街。しかし、その平和を揺るがす事件が起こる。市長が殺害されたのだ――。あなたは時空探偵団の新人探偵。団長の命を受け、事件を未然に防ぐためイーゲン市の過去へとタイムスリップする。そこで目の当たりにするのは、交差する人々の運命。人々は交差し、「伝わる」と「すれ違う」の狭間で揺れ動く。運命の瞬間、あなたの交差が未来を変える――。異言語Lab.が贈る――日本手話、国際手話、日本語が交錯する、かつてないコミュニケーション体験型イマーシブシアター！
イマーシブシアターについて
イマーシブシアターとは、観客が物語の中に入り込み、俳優と同じ空間で体験を共有する演劇形式です。舞台と客席の境界がなく、観客は自由に歩き回ったり、登場人物と直接関わったりすることで、没入感のある物語体験が楽しめます。
イマーシブシアターの特性上、一度だけでは物語の全貌を知ることができません。何度も参加することで理解が深まります。
当日券の販売はないため、複数回分鑑賞されたい場合は事前に購入しておくことをおすすめいたします。ただし、キャンセル払い戻しはございませんのでご注意ください。
情報保障に関する注意事項
登場人物たちは、日本手話、日本語、国際手話など、それぞれ自身の第一言語を用いて会話を交わします。参加者は、ご自身の使用言語によって『わかる』と『わからない』の間を行き来しながら物語に没入します。すべての言語に対する完全な情報保障が難しいシーンがあることをご了承ください。

本公演では、座・高円寺の館内を移動しながらご観覧いただきます。登場人物の動きに合わせて、複数回にわたる階段の昇り降りがあり、体力がいる公演ですのでご注意下さい。何卒ご理解とご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

一般社団法人異言語Lab.は、異なる言語を使用する人々のコミュニケーションをテーマにした体験型エンターテイメントを提供。日本手話を第一言語とする人たちが中心に運営し、手話や筆談、身振り、音声などを活用した「異言語脱出ゲーム」や「異言語イマーシブシアター」を企画・運営する。主な作品に「うしなわれたこころさがし」、「5ミリの恋物語」、NHKとの「異言語脱出ゲームONTV」、札幌芸術の森野外美術館との「空想ミュージアムシリーズ」など多数。第14回若者力大賞受賞。

The theatre is set in E-gen city.E-gen is a lively city full of smiles, where sign language and spoken language are used and people from many different backgrounds live in harmony.But this peace was broken—the mayor was murdered.You are a new detective of the Space-Time Detective Agency.Under orders from the commander, you travel back in time to the past of E-gen City to prevent the murder.What you see in the past is the intersection of people’s destinies.People intersect and sway back and forth from “being understood” and “not being understood”.As you intersect, you will find out their intentions and the hidden truth of the city. And in the fated moment, your intersection will change the future.Presented by IGENGO Lab. - an unprecedented communicative experience type immersive theatre experience where Japanese Sign Language, International Sign, and Japanese intersect!
About Immersive Theatre
In Immersive Theatre, participants experience the story by following the characters by actively participating in the story. The whole picture becomes clearer with repeated viewings so it is difficult to grasp the stories of all the characters in a single viewing.
Repeat Attendance Recommended: Due to the immersive structure, it is difficult to comprehend the full story in a single viewing. Each performance changes based on audience interaction. No tickets will be sold at the door. If you wish to attend multiple times, please purchase tickets in advance. Please note that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Important Notes Regarding Information Accessibility
The characters communicate with each other using their respective first languages, such as Japanese Sign Language, spoken Japanese, and International Sign.Participants will be immersed in the story, moving back and forth between “understanding” and “not understanding” depending on their own language. Please note that it is difficult to guarantee complete information in all languages in some scenes.

Precautions Regarding Purchasing Tickets
Even if you have a 4-day ticket, you can only participate once in IGENGO Immersive Theatre "Intersection". A reservation form will be sent separately to 4-day ticket holders.
For an additional ¥1,500, you can purchase the "Special Dessert". For details and how to make a reservation, please check the IGENGO Lab. Special Site "Intersection". (The festival only offers the participation ticket for the performance. The "Special Dessert" must be reserved directly from IGENGO Lab.)
Additional information about this work
In this performance, the audience will move around inside the Za-Koenji theater while watching the show. As you will follow the movements of the characters, there will be multiple instances of going up and down stairs, which requires a certain level of physical stamina. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If you are a wheelchair user or have other disabilities and are concerned about attending, please contact us in advance.
As you will be moving throughout the theater during the performance, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing minimal belongings. Please use the coin lockers around Koenji Station to store large items.
IGENGO Lab. provides experiential entertainment centered around communication between different languages. Primarily operated by native Japanese Sign Language speakers, they plan and manage "IGENGO Escape Game (Interlingual Escape Game)" and "IGENGO Immersive Theatre (Interlingual Immersive Theatre)" utilizing sign language, written communication, gestures, spoken language, and more. Their main works include "Ushinawareta Kokoro Sagashi (Searching for Lost Hearts)," "A Love Story Just 5 Millimeters Apart," "“Interlingual Language Escape Game ON TV”" with NHK, and the "Fantasy Museum Series" with Sapporo Sculpture Garden, and much more. Recipient of the 14th Youth Leader Award.
