※この商品はランタンを当日引き換えるための電子チケットとなります。購入後に送られてくる購入完了メールには、電子チケットにアクセスするためのURLが添付されておりますので、当日まで大切に保管してください。紙への印刷やメールのスクリーンショットはチケットではございませんのでご注意ください。

※花火打ち上げ時刻直前は、周辺の道路や駐車場が大変混み合います。時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。また、なるべくグループでの乗り合いでのご協力をお願い申し上げます。

20：15　バルーンランタン　一斉リリース

20：30　メッセージ花火の打ち上げ

キャンセルポリシー
・各日の3日前以前のキャンセル‥無料
・2日前以降のキャンセル‥100％（返金なし）
バルーンランタン内のヘリウムガスの品質管理のため、規定日以降のキャンセルの場合は返金がございません。荒天によりイベントが中止になった場合も当てはまりますので予めご了承ください。

Q：日付の変更をしたいです。
A：購入済みのチケットをキャンセルし、新しい日付で再購入をお願いいたします。

Q：購入内容の変更やキャンセルがしたいです。
A：事務局（0176-24-3006）まで直接お問合せください。その際、注文番号（02から始まる）をお手元にご用意ください。

Q：購入完了メールが届きません。
A：こちらをご参照ください。どうしてもメールが確認できない場合は事務局までお問合せください。

Q：当日、イベント会場での販売はありますか？
A：事前販売に残数がでれば、販売する場合もございます。当日の受付をスムーズにするためにも、事前のチケット購入にご協力をお願いいたします。

※This product is an electronic ticket for exchanging a lantern on the day of the event. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a URL to access your e-ticket. Please keep this email safe until the day of the event. Printed copies or screenshots of the email arenotvalid as tickets, so please be aware.

※Roads and parking lots near the venue become extremely congested just before the fireworks display. Please allow extra time for your arrival. We kindly ask for your cooperation by carpooling with your group whenever possible.

Event Day Schedule

5:30 PM– Lantern pickup begins
8:15 PM– Mass release of balloon lanterns
8:30 PM– Fireworks launched after reading personal messages
8:45 PM– Fireworks and music show

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made3 days or more beforethe event:Free of charge
Cancellations madewithin 2 daysof the event:100% charge (non-refundable)

Due to helium gas quality control within the balloon lanterns, cancellations made after the specified deadline are non-refundable. This applies even if the event is canceled due to severe weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: I want to change the date of my ticket.
A:Please cancel your current ticket and repurchase one for the desired date.

Q: I want to change or cancel my purchase.
A:Please contact the event office directly at 0176-24-3006 or store@towada.travel. Have your order number (beginning with “02”) ready when calling.

Q: I haven’t received my purchase confirmation email.
A:Please click here. If you are still unable to find the email, please contact the event office.

Q: Will tickets be available for purchase at the venue on the day of the event?
A:If advance tickets are not sold out, some may be available on the day. However, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure a smoother check-in process.
