2022年オレゴン大学日本同窓会パーティー開催のお知らせ

3年ぶりに！開催できたら、したいと思います。
今後のコロナ感染状況次第ではありますが、コロナ禍で感染症対策を行いながらの
同窓会パーティーの開催を下記の通りに開催致しますので、案内をさせて頂きます。
当日は皆様と久しぶりに楽しい時間を過ごせるように、
フレンチコース料理のランチと東京湾クルーズを予定しております。
是非、みなさん、ご参加ください！

時間　12：00～15：00（11：30受付）
・レストランパーティ 12：00～14：00（レストラン内で着席でのフレンチコース）
・東京湾クルーズ　　 14：00～15：00　※いずれかだけの選択可）

会費：
大人（中学生以上）1万円（レストラン＋クルーズ）※レストランのみ　8千円、クルーズのみ　2千円
子供（小学生以下）4千円（レストラン＋クルーズ）※レストランのみ　3千円、クルーズのみ　1千円

【重要】注意事項
・今後のコロナ感染拡大状況次第でパーティを中止させて頂く可能性もございますので予めご了承ください。また、参加ご登録後のご本人の体調、ご家族の都合（コロナ感染影響含む）などの参加キャンセルは当日までお受けします。当日は体調万全の上ご参加ください
・パーティー当日：
　コロナ感染予防対策として、入場時の検温、手消毒、テーブルのアクリル板の配置、会場内でのマスク着用と致しますのご理解の程宜しくお願い致します。入場時に体温が37.3度以上の方には申し訳ありませんが、ご参加頂けませんので予めご了承ください。

・食事にアレルギーなどの制限がある方は事前にお知らせください。

【キャンセルポリシー】

パーティー＆クルーズのキャンセル

コース料理を予約しておりますのでキャンセルされる方は3日前までにお知らせください。

・3日前キャンセルの場合：無料　（8/31まで）

・9/1から9//3までのキャンセルの場合：50％（5000円）

なお、連絡のない状態での無断キャンセルにつきましては、全額（10000円）をご請求いたします。

やむを得ないご事情でご予約時間に遅れる場合は、判明した時点で早めにご連絡ください。ご連絡がなく、予約時間の15分を超えても来店されない場合は、無断キャンセルとさせていただきます。

悪天候や自然災害時の対応について

急な天候不良や自然災害、新型コロナ感染などによりご来店が難しい場合は、その旨をご連絡いただければ、当日のキャンセルでもキャンセル料は発生しません。

Fees:
Adults (junior high school students and older) 10,000 yen (restaurant + cruise)
*Restaurant only 8,000 yen, Cruise only 2,000 yen
Children (elementary school age and under) 4,000 yen (same as above)
*Restaurant only 3,000 yen, Cruise only 1,000 yen

(Important) Covid-19 related
Please note that the party may be cancelled depending on the spread of corona infection.
If you cancel your participation due to your own health condition or that of your family (including the effects of corona infection) after you have registered, we will accept your cancellation up to the day of the party.
We will accept cancellations up to the day of the event.
Please make sure you are in good physical condition on the day of the party.
On the day of the party, as measures to prevent corona infection, we ask that you take your temperature
when entering the venue, disinfect your hands, place acrylic plates on the tables, and wear a mask in the venue.
Please understand that we will require you to wear masks at the venue.
We are sorry that those whose body temperature is 37.3 degrees Celsius or
higher at the time of admission will not be able to participate in the event.

Annual Membership Fee
To maintain the activities of the Alumni Association
We ask for your cooperation in paying the annual membership fee (3,000JPY optional).
You can collect the fee at the venue on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Party & Cruise Cancellation

Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you wish to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation 3 days in advance: Free of charge (until 8/31)

Cancellation from 9/1 to 9/3: 50% (5000 yen)

In case of no-show cancellation without notice, the full amount (10,000 yen) will be charged.

If you are going to be late for an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as you know. If you do not contact us and do not show up within 15 minutes of your reserved time, we will consider your cancellation as an unapproved cancellation.
